Experience the Sweetness of Maine
Aziscohos Maple Company is a family-owned and operated maple syrup business. We started selling our syrup in 2018 but have been making it for family and friends on a much smaller scale for well over 30 years.
All of our maple trees are located on our family property, on the mountain just behind the stand here.We currently have about 2800 taps and keep adding more every year.We also continue to add more efficiency to our operation. Our sap lines now run directly to the sugarhouse, and we recently upgraded to a larger evaporator. We still boil our syrup on a wood fired evaporator.We think it adds that little something special to the maple taste and we like to hold on to the traditional parts of making syrup where we can.
