Refund and Returns Policy

At Aziscohos Maple Company, we take pride in producing and shipping high-quality, wood-fired Maine maple syrup. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, and customer satisfaction is very important to us. That said, we are a small business, and some circumstances—particularly shipping—are beyond our control.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Because our products are packaged in glass, shipping damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a product issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging, if applicable

Refunds & Replacements

If there is a problem with your order, we will do everything reasonably possible to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • A replacement product
  • A refund for the affected item(s)

Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items. This policy helps ensure product safety and quality for all customers.
